The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The product must meet the following requirements:
The product may not be used or otherwise lost its commercial appearance.
The gems were exchanged for others, or the original value of the item changed otherwise.
The product may not be scratched, mechanically, chemically or engraved in another company.
The original color or shape has changed.
If the product does not meet the requirements, according to the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the money is not returned, the product is not accepted and sent back to the buyer.
How to return the goods?
The goods must be sent via a registered courier or a registered Lithuanian post.
Inform the seller by e-mail, adding the shipment code, purchase number, and additional necessary information.
Money is returned within 3-5 working days, to the same buyer's account.
Warranty
If a defect is detected, the buyer must immediately inform the seller by phone or e-mail. If the product meets the above return requirements and there is a clearly visible defect, the customer can recover the money paid or exchange for another product.
